This is another old movie made with Flash – then converted to MP4 using screen capture software (Screen Flow). The beginning gets a little cut off. The concept is how Yoga helps find that place of calm.
Back in the day, when Flash was still a thing I made this movie. It uses a point system to convert letter shapes. It so old that I have to convert swf to mp4 using a demo version of screen flow. I guess you can still get the jist.
